The whole family on bikes this morning. Had a nice TT going across Lakeshore, but the flagman stopping traffic for construction on Queens Quay ruined my good time.

Cold north wind absolutely cut through me coming up Greenwood.

Busy weekend ahead, so wanted to get out after supper. Tried trails on the N side. Too greasy, so back down to the paved trail. Time includes walk home with milk/bread from Shopper's.

Mrs. W wanted to get out and be active, so we did a family loop down into the valley, then up Beechwood, over to the greek bakery for lunch fixins and home. Kids were on scooters, so I brought a tow bungee to help keep our slowest moving. Includes 1.5 km with 50 lb sitting on my shoulders.
