Got Mrs. W's bike set up on the trainer, so we decided to try spinning together after the kids were in bed. I found some decent audio workouts on a website call Tri Harder. I did well but Mrs. W struggled a bit adjusting her resistance on the trainer.

Trail Run 1:13:00 [3] 6.73 km (10:51 / km)

Warmish evening so decided to visit the valley. Mostly snow covered trails which were firm enough. A few icy spots to tiptoe over and some muddy bits to slide across. Up close and personal with a Go Train on the way back. Took my headlamp, but thanks to cloud cover and city light, never needed to turn it on. Tried to work on some pace on the flat bits.
