Friday night Kayakercize. Led by MJ and attended by a bunch of TOCers, which was fun. Dryland workouts (Lunges, dog walk, crunches, push ups) point out my total lack of upper body conditioning. Oh well. Nice to know I have things to work on. Got on the water in the Daggers and then across to the island for some drills in the channel (with and without paddles) and then a couple games of chase. By the time came back, arms were rather heavy. Okay, I couldn't lift them. Workout data cribbed from 1L.
