Mtb Bike race 1:13:06 [4] 19.0 km (15.6 kph)

Chico's Summer Solstice with Lather Rinse Repeat. I stepped up to ride the first lap. Knowing I'm a pretty slow starter, I didn't push up in the starting pen, but that cost me as I was in very heavy traffic for more than half the lap. Slower pace meant I had some energy for the back half and felt good.

Mtb Bike race 1:10:25 [4] 17.0 km (14.5 kph)

Summer Solstice lap #2. Getting ready, noticed that front fork likely blown. Tried to pump up, but didn't last long and rode dark lap with little or no front suspension. Beautiful night and riding pretty well, considering. Coming down choppy section of High Roller, got kicked around onto the soft edge and dusty yard sale. Arms were numb after and decided that was it for that bike.

Orienteering 55:10 [3] 5.84 km (9:27 / km)

TOC Wed in Taylor Creek Park.
Hot day, but wasn't too bad once in the trees. Carried water, but didn't drink too much of it. Moved well - it helped that I know this valley pretty well :)
Thanks to Jamie & his little helper for a fun night.

Kayaking 1:10:00 [3] 5.86 km (11:57 / km)
shoes: Vibram TrekSport

Kayakercize at Harbourfront with AngrySeagull. Felt great to be out on the water and nice to give my legs a break after the weekend. Although pretty obvious I haven't paddled much since last year.

Mtb Bike 1:27:18 [3] 16.42 km (11.3 kph)

(Added the 20% iPhone premium to my Endomondo GPS track).
JA came out and brought Mrs. W a tea and rode the course with me. Beautiful morning. Figured that the course is fairly front loaded - feels like it takes a long time to get around the big parking lot onto the back side.
