Bike Commuting 38:00 [1] 10.6 km (16.7 kph)

Heat commute. Totally focussed on keeping heart rate as low as possible so I wasn't a puddle at work.
5 PM

Bike Commuting 35:00 [2] 10.3 km (17.7 kph)

Hot commute home. Focussed again on keeping HR down.
7 PM

Trail Run 25:00 [3] 3.0 km (8:20 / km)
shoes: Vibram TrekSport

Easy trail run after supper while the fam was at the playground. First time running on the Vibrams. Experimented with style, but I liked them.

Mtb Bike 1:15:00 [3] 14.0 km (11.2 kph)

The boys wanted to ride Albion for our Wed night ride, so west we went. Hot hot hot. Good loop, as we mostly followed the HAN course, although with the heat, I was the Lantern Rouge as I found a pace I was comfortable with. The boys were in good form, so probably the Lantern Rouge heat or no heat. Amazing how the deerflies appear the instant you stop.

Kayaking 1:50:00 [2]

Kayakercize at Harbourfront. Absolutely beautiful evening on the lake as we left the sticky city behind. Out to middle island channel, then 3 lap of intervals up and down the channel. Felt good and got in a paddling zone, which is rare for me.

Mtb Bike 45:00 [4] 9.0 km (12.0 kph)

Family day at Albion. Found a great picnic spot and the mommies did an easy loop, then JJ & I tried the back single track, but heat of the day meant didn't have much pace. Time/distance are est. Headed back to the pool to cool (until someone left a special present in the pool and it had to be evaced and "shocked").
5 PM

Mtb Bike 40:00 [3] 6.0 km (9.0 kph)

Family picnic continued. Very generous friends offered to lead a family ride so Mrs. & I could do a quick single track loop. Easier pace so the heat didn't take as much of a toll.
