Not hard but my legs are so unresponsive today. Intervals are gonna be fun.....

Running intervals 24:46 [3] 3.9 km (6:21 / km)

3x900, 3x100m 90s rest. 1st one felt awful. The rest were fun but a bit painful.
100 up the magazine from the bottom. 900s are a loop I thought would be around a k but then were a little shorter.

I did a green Roar couldn't do. Finally being shorter is useful! Still no flags. Next week. Deffo getting stronger I think.

Time is just an estimate will check that when I get home. Nice fun run to climbing 3.96km and not so nice run back due to having eaten a really spicy burrito. 4.04km.

Was going to do intervals tonight but it's so mankey. Miss having anyone to train with. Gonna do them on Thursday instead. 8/9k planned for tomorrow. Should be good.
