Green at Prospect Hill. Felt tired and not fit, but the navigation was okay. Definitely can't run as fast as I can navigate. Still, good to be out! Hip hurt during and after. Going to spend a lot of time with the foam roller again tonight.

Shadowing Bridget on yellow. Generally annoying her by nagging her to thumb. She didn't need my help at all (and didn't want it either). Think it is about time to stop shadowing!!

One big hill, and then down. Very quiet at the gym, everyone must have been outside. Time to start arranging trail runs during the week now that the light is lasting until 7 (just).

Finished on the treadmill after Bridget got tired. Too much pavement to get back to the trails again.
