Felt so tired, but just plugged away on the bike. Did the program with the huge hill in the first 4 miles, then downhill and flat for most of the next 11. It was the right choice for Friday night!
Both knees feeling tired - I was at the gym with only the full-sized bikes, not the junior ones that fit my 5'3" better. I don't think the knees will be bothered tomorrow though - just achy.
