Just learning the way this (Precor) machine works. I kept the incline low (5 ish) and the resistance at 7-9. I guess my stride rate was high, the machine didn't want me to go faster (max stride rate?) - but more resistance didn't seem to make the knee happy ...

30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds jog, repeat! Got my pulse over 150, yay.

Swam hard, as I thought I only had 10 minutes until we got kicked out for lessons to start ... but then we had 10 extra minutes (though they squashed the lap swimmers from 5 lanes to 3) ... so I swam fairly hard for another 10 minutes.
