Doing work for a lodge in the Lowveld. They have a small guest gym, so I tried out a treadmill session. I don't think I have ever run on a treadmill before, if I have, I can't remember! Set it at 1% incline and 4:00/km. Took a bit of getting use to! I cant see how people do this treadmill rubbish every day at a gym... its mind numbing! The only thing that made it bearable was watching a herd of Elephants paying in the waterhole right in front of the gym! Very different running experience.
