Got a new toy thanks to the recent Keyhealth Nevarest and TomTom partnership! TomTom Adventurer GPS watch. Nice toy, still lots to learn! Up sky lodge track, down gully, loopy and back. Felt pretty good.

Morning run from the office. Shorter loop in Irene then 3x 350m hard efforts on an incline (wouldn't really call it a hill, but it still hurt!). 1:17, 1:16 and 1:18.

Run from the office. the normal 6.7k loop and then 5 x 140m hill sprints. 32s, 34s, 33s, 31s, 32s. Starting to feel like I'm running comfortably again.
