Well, wasn't feeling all that flash on Sunday so did some stuff around the house instead including moving the vege garden (I'd moved the sleepers a few weeks back) which involved many wheelbarrows full of soil. Was careful to protect my back as there was quite a lot to move. That was successful however side effect is rather painful DOMS in the hamstrings.
Just tried a brief trot across the carpark which reinforced that running is definitely off the table for at least today... will hopefully get a light run in tomorrow, one more Thursday then fly to Aus Friday - oh well, at least I shouldn't be overtrained!
Will try yoga tonight and see if that helps (or not)
