Orienteering race (Blue Course - Loughrigg) 1:00:08 [4] *** 6.0 mi (10:01 / mi) +400m 8:18 / mi
spiked:10/12c slept:8.5 shoes: Inov-8 OROC 280

Only 12mins behind Kirstin's time from yesterday on the same course, think I was 2nd female. 2nd W18 behind Florence. Beat Sarah Tullie and Abi Kerr's time from yesterday and a few others.

Distance is GPS distance. Course distance was 4.9km. I ran about 6km. Loads o climb.

Pretty good clean run, was accurate in the circle for a change, only 1 bad route choice and another slightly iffy route choice, happy :)

up to start with Florence, jogged 1st bit then reasonable paced walk so as not to tire the legs before the course.

Lost track of the time when I was doing homework, so dad said to do fast hard stuff.

4 fast halfs and reasonable (rest) speed inbetween.
