Did the women course again from Jwoc. I tried to go straight on the long leg this time but it turned out pretty bad. Lost control after the big hill, had to go back to the open and re-attack from the small road. About 5' loss I guess.
Pity they had only 2 controls in the open area.

Started 17th and came in 16th but it was hard to push because I didn't see anyone around. Ran with Borger Melsom for some time but he already missed the 4th control. 1 mistake of about 30 - 40" in the end were the swedish team passes me.

Taking it easy for the relay, just trying to get some confidence again.
Lost about 40" because of a bad routechoice, another 30" compass mistake in the last part.

Already lost more then 1' on the first control but I knew it wasn't a disaster because it was very tricky out there. 28th on the first control and I'm slowly taking places till I get 14th on the 7th. It was only downhill from there so it has nothing to do with my physical capabilities but I kept thinking I was behind, kept pushing and the mistakes followed, making it worse and worse and worse.

Model event for the midle distance, some fast controls with evert.
We thought it was really relevant, but it turned out not. Quali was way greener, controls were hidden and so on.

Not much to say, again I started slowly, working my way up in the ranking. But when I came in the open area (control 5) I started to make mistakes almost every control. Instead of searching too early (1:15), I was always looking way too far. Amazed by my physical shape.
Wasn't even tired and it didn't look like 11.5km at all.
This should have been my race, so disappointed.
