Orienteering race (State League #6) 1:37:46 [4] **** 8.0 km (12:13 / km)
17c shoes: Salomon S-Lab Fellcross 2

Quite slow to the first, ok to second, threw away 12 minutes on the third and then another 6.5 on the fourth, and a far less significant 1.5 on the fifth. Ok in the middle, blew 2 minutes on 12 and 45 sec on 14. Quite unhappy with the run.

13c shoes: Salomon S-Lab Fellcross 2

Reasonable run to begin with. Made a few mistakes in the middle, and then completely stuffed the last control, after being distracted by thinking about stuffing the last control :). Still managed to have a better run than everyone else on the course.

Pretty slow, easy run, a bit of a hill towards the end.

Tuesday May 12, 2015 #

Running (Timed Run) 27:00 [4] 5.1 km (5:18 / km)

Went out a bit hard, and started to slow down at 2km, and then started to lose light as well, so running on the rough sections became significantly harder. Planned for 6km, but didn't judge the distance right, although quite glad I didn't run further.
