Swiss 6-day, day 4, finally in the swing of things technically & physically recovered from cold enough to move okay - finishing about 1/3 of the way down from the top in M40 - but somehow pulled my R-foot-flexor (lower shin) - noticed it on the long hard pounding downhill road (though may have tweaked it earlier), and that got much worse in the next two days, but I still moderately jogged a beautiful day 5, and jogged a bit around the first half of day 6.
