After taking the Activia challenge (2x their yogurt per day), my GI's been pretty stable for a while, but then , last night, another hit... In some ways this is an improvement (it's been a while) but symptoms were nearly the same, despite nearly 2 weeks w/o issue, which I wouldn't expect if an out of whack microbiome were the cause. So maybe it is some food?
3-hours before I ate dinner - White rice, a few different meaty/spicy Chinese foods with that.
Mid-afternoon had Activia + Airborne (had a tinge of sore throat) + one of the other Microbiome probiotics (hadn't had that since the first one - it was just next to the Airborne..)
Lunch was... a bit of hummus, red-burritos, one with indian spiced chicken, another with pork, avacado... mozerella, mexican cheese blend
Breakfast was boiled large flake oatmeal w/brown sugar, and activia
