GI Update
1/16 11am, another uncomfortable run delay. And I & Angelica are pretty darn sure I was avoiding dairy & chia seeds pretty well - and the water was the same fridge filtered water that hadn't caused a problem for the last 3 days.
If it is food related, maybe it's something else in Angelica's homemade granola than chia seeds - I think I had some mid-day on 1/15.
Or it's just random bad flora issues.
So I've decided:
- Take a probiotic - had one of these on 1/16 afternoon:

- Eat whatever I want - as of 1/17 PM, I'm still doing fine even after a whole bunch of homemade whipped cream this morning on pancakes, banana dipped in it - and water drank in the shower w/o fear this afternoon...
