HR apparently high at start for a while - just the monitor?

1/16 11am, another uncomfortable run delay. And I & Angelica are pretty darn sure I was avoiding dairy & chia seeds pretty well - and the water was the same fridge filtered water that hadn't caused a problem for the last 3 days.

If it is food related, maybe it's something else in Angelica's homemade granola than chia seeds - I think I had some mid-day on 1/15.

Or it's just random bad flora issues.

So I've decided:
- Take a probiotic - had one of these on 1/16 afternoon: http://www.cvs.com/shop/health-medicine/digestive-...
- Eat whatever I want - as of 1/17 PM, I'm still doing fine even after a whole bunch of homemade whipped cream this morning on pancakes, banana dipped in it - and water drank in the shower w/o fear this afternoon...

Note

GI Issue update - No sink water + no dairy + no chia seeds for a week ended Monday, all clear.

Monday night, I drank from the kids sink, Tuesday morning I had a little butter on bread (but I think I did that before), Tuesday 11am, I had a 10 minute delay in starting my training w/very similar, though not esp. severe, symptoms...

Angelica thinks it's the butter, I think it's the sink water. Plan - till next Monday, avoid sink water - but do drink fridge filtered water, and still no dairy.

Then try a big glass of milk in the evening...

Wet, but rain had stopped - almost all the freezing rain was melted - so I went for a 2 mile tempo run - getting some Annual PR's on the board... One icy bridge probably cost a few seconds, but otherwise this was a pretty hard push.
