Ft. Washington while Angelica & kids were at a Ukrainian Festival in North Wales "nearby". Repeat of an old course, plus some exploring.

Late in the evening, spinning around on my Right leg, my Right knee had a sudden sharp pain at the normal inside edge spot. Seemed to recover reasonably well, though not without some swelling building up. What did I do? Gotta avoid spinning around on one leg or something...
