O'training/race-pace @ FCE thanks to Sandy. With about 3 days prior notice, we had pre-printed maps & epunch. Really sweet. Like I'm in Sweden or something ;) Seriously rocky in places, but lots of trails in others.

Easy long run. It was cold, I was on 2 Excedrin & 1 Mt. Dew. Somewhat nauseated, and mild+ headache all day after... Survived w/o loss of productivity (so far.)
