Note

Oh joy, a 200 day milestone. Even the fall season is questionable. I'll just keep ramping up really slowly, and pray there'll be no relapse this time.

3 x 1 minute sections of Yellow, w/about 10 minutes of walking before/between/after. Overall HR was higher on this course than any walk/running recently, and my hamstring seems to have handled this fine.

I'll be doing lots of walking in travel to Ukraine soon, so hopefully that will help.

Definitely some burn after the elliptical on some hamstring stretching, but it seems to have calmed down during stretching/exercise and is still okay (well, okaymeans just don't sit on it) a few hours later.

Might have been a legal race-walk.
In the middle of my long walk. Leg had a few twinges in the evening. Not sure if it was the pseudo-run or the more intense hamstring ball exercise, or if the twinges are even worth worrying about.

I feel I have no direction at this point. What next?
- Ignore or don't ignore the pain while sitting? (E.g. is it okay if it gets worse than the current level?)
- Ramp up strength work?
- Ramp up elliptical running?

Warm up near home as Angelica's still pretty uncomfortable. But it seems tomorrow will be better than today. The worst area on her arm is 4x6" with central blisters over 1/2" higher than her natural skin level... but portions of that and some other areas are receding.

Good Long PT set. I haven't changed what I've done much in the last 2 weeks - i.e. kept the counts/intesity similar - and there's much less burning. Really just a stiffness/pressure sensitivity that I only feel part of the time.
