Mostly legs, esp. hip / quad work, as R-knee continued to be achy. Walking is sore, no weight at all is fine, unless I've walked out it. Waking up it's mostly fine... I iced and adviled this evening as it was great the next morning... until I ran again.

Inside of R-knee started off sore like it was getting off the plane, and didn't get better. Odd, because it was mostly fine on Wednesday. Hurt moderately to run, and achy afterwards.
