Running (Warmup) 6:00 [3] 1.0 km (6:00 / km)

Warmups for both races... not much time spent here, but it was darn cold (~30 + wind) which was a bit tough on me logistically, esp. w/ kids & 2 races...

Orienteering 50:27 [4] 7.34 km (6:52 / km) +175m 6:08 / km

1st on Red, but ~5/6th on Blue at split point (behind Sergei, Boris, Mikell, Mihai, tied w/Balter)

Orienteering 12:00 [5] 2.2 mi (5:27 / mi) +50m 5:06 / mi

Relay Leg 2 - short & pushed really hard. Started and finished about 3-4 minutes off lead, caught 2-3 mins on 4th place team.

Running 1:20:00 [3] 6.0 mi (13:20 / mi) +400m 11:03 / mi
slept:8.0

Rancho Loop w/Syd. My Quads felt really sore the whole way, esp. early and downhill, and Syd was running diagonals to give him something to do while waiting for me. His Quads finally felt a bit tired by the end, and mine were no worse (but no better) than they were 10 minutes into the run.
This might actually be worse than I felt 2 days after the Highlander. I think I was in better shape then. I need MORE LONG SLOW RUNS.

Running 15:00 [2] 1.3 mi (11:32 / mi)

Ow. My Quads are really sore. Almost Highlander-ish.
