This was the end of a 71 minute Red course, followed by a 2.6k Sprint.
Foot was pretty much fine through the Red. PF was a little sore during the Sprint (too much road running?)
Afterwards, in car ride it was fine/sore-a-bit on/off - 0-1 bee stings - and after a bit of stretching, ended up doing single Salon Pas tape, and then it was fine the rest of the evening.
This after an especially good week. The 4 hours on/off walk/run last Saturday had a similar slightly sore arch once or twice during the run, but ended up fine to the point of barely noticing much of last week, even during the (mostly short) runs. Did one hill intervals last week and that didn't flare the foot either. All those run (bar one) were in the double-high arch NB shoes, so those are the winning shoes for now (though are a bit high so bumpy ground -> O' Shoes remains better.)

Foot update.
After running lightly two days ago, with nothing hard for over a week, my foot was burning more than usual.
Yesterday after body surfing (including toe push offs into the waves) my foot felt great.
Last night I forgot my boot to sleep in, and the R foot was PF traditionally sore at a 7am short walk - though a bit in the Achilles as well as rear arch? A PF sock helped for the next 2 hours before finally getting up.
During today's run (longer, and a bit faster than usual, but not a race) the foot was really uncomfortably sore for the first 30-45 minutes as I tried to keep up with the group - like breathing carefully level, and then maybe finally warmed up and I stretched it, and it was much better to the point of not really noticing it on the drive home.
R-lower-achilles inside edge appears to have a point that's more sore than the Left leg, the stretch of that doesn't appear as easy as the left leg - and that area was also sore during today's run.
