After last night's Migraine, & it's effects on lunch and dinner (i.e. almost nutritional input since the VF Goat 1 time trial), I had a big breakfast, and hour & a half to digest, and then was hoping to complete a 90 minute run (vs. 2.5hr planned pre-Migraine). Got to 25-30 minutes when low-blood-sugar (or something like that) really hit me. So I jogged back to the car. On a positive note, I found
