Ran to work with my new 'IAMRUNBOX' Backpack Pro. Loved it! It carries my laptop, diary, shirt, underwear & small towel with capacity to carry a little more. I had shoes, trousers and jumper in work.

Listened to Desert Island Discs - John Motson. Great little listen. Not ran to work since Jan 2017 according to Strava!

Dawn said that she'd never seen bags as big as the ones that I have now under my eyes! I might not be eating enough at the moment in my quest to drop some weight?
