Road bike (Giant) ride to Ogmore & back. The bike's been on the turbo for a long time and I discovered that the rear brake would not spring open and the front mech wouldn't drop onto the small chainring whilst on the road. Need to lube them when I get back. I had to stop and manually shift the chain onto the small chainring at the bottom of the ascents!

Thoroughly enjoyed it and need to do more.
