Took a rest day but Di gave me a pretty thoroughassage which worked some of the kinks out

Ass was sore and legs screaming today

Orienteering 56:34 [3] 12.0 km (4:43 / km)

Really aching from yesterday's cycle but feeling positive despite this.

Running was laboured but looking at the splits ran fairly solidly despite the screaming ache in the legs and the fact my groin reared its ugly head pretty early on.

Happy with the mid table position and just need to work on this.

Interesting to mis click on 2012s results and see how much I've degraded by.

Still struggling to find the motivation to run regularly around work, but I'm getting fat and slow, so finally pulled my finger out and got on the bike to work.

Really nice start tot he day, need to work on route as reckon staying south of the river will be quicker.

So not keeping up with the rest fo the commuters at teh moment but slowly slowly catchee monkey.

3 Strava trophies including a PB so i'll take that.
