Marking part of the course for the TP100 - very slow but stopping to put up tape/cylumes takes time

Session was 2 min 'at a clip' 2 min at a session pace and 2min recovery

was fairly strong and enjoyed - splits to follow

Left calf still very tight - but needed a head clearing run after a mentally exhausting day at work.

So looped out around regents park and started to head home, but didn't want to do damage, so called it at 7k - more tomorrow
