Failed to start my watch timer despite repeatedly gazing at it due to way higher HR than should be. Work travel + 3 young germies at home doesn't do well for my immune system.

Planned an long slow run but pulled the pin.

Nice day with meetings ending a bit early so got out to the nearby mountain for a trail run. Pretty gassed during the run, sleep dep of travel catching up with me. With all the rain they've had nice to see the mountain so green.
