so good to be able to get back to work on strength again. think it's been holding me back in the heavy terrain these last weeks, maybe this can make a difference. just easy things to start with though.

went down to halden again for short race. quite a lot like woc middle last year, was somehow really tense and found it hard to push anything, thought about it too much and make a big mistake, then just in a bad mood and dragging myself about. hmm. quite sure it's all starting in the head, just so tense! becuse i feel fine generally apart from a bit under-strength-trained

one of those feeling lots better after than before. just hansedammen, extended a bit from usual. still feeling heavy and tired in the terrain this week but this was almost like alternative training restijg muscles hehe.

quite short intervals this week at humlekjaer. was overspeed for me and only got more difficult as i got half the rest of most of the group haha. finding im getting tired quickly in the heavy terrain, not much drive, maybe a bit from overkill on orienteering but also maybe to do with not having weights for so long?
