Various in wharncliffe. So so grim in the sleet. J enjoyed his run though and im starting to be able to properly stretch out to a full stride now and then.

Needed the extra recovery at the start of the week after 4 good weeks, now feeling like training has been a bit sparse. i think a bit to do with not quite being able to push properly hard yet when running. It's coming, bit by bit.

One of those days... Morning run with Charlotte but only got to the top of endcliffe and had to stop. Then struggle home for ibuprofen.

Orienteering - medium intervals 30:00 [3]

O intervals with Charlotte and Meg on tankersley. Some places quite hard but others not too much. Concentrating a lot too much on my foot. Good for first 60% then a bit tight, stride starting to alter and watching foot placement carefully. Back to feeling like i have bad running economy and fitness, even if general fitness fine.

After checking carefully whether it was okay ahead of the weekend, went to greno woods. After 40min i found the nice bit, then had to leg it back to the bus stop

Easy headstone loop from lodge moor. Paths and terrain. Somehow moving much better than yesterday. Think balance work might be the answer - my ankles are a state, especially the injured side.
