At the gym watching TV. Got there late.

Bought an Aerobie Aero Press, which is sort of like a french press syringe for making coffee. It has some really good reviews. The first cup was pretty awesome, but I'm no coffee guru. Definitely going to try it inverted next.

Here's a video of it in action. It's completely clean, but when it is over it feels dirty somehow. It's the Barry White, I'm certain. (The instructions say stir for 10 seconds, so this is pretty strong, apparently.)

PT for my shoulder. I'm typing this at 5am because my shoulder now hurts and it is keeping me awake. Also I've got a 9am presentation at work. Oh yeah.
