cool, bright overcast. Nice morning to ride. Took the longer route out by the golf course. Located, of all places, on Folly Lane....

woke up early, ready to ride - but my legs were totally dead. so decided not to ride today...

Legs still felt dead, but I was home early and it was too nice out not to do something, so went for a run. Moderate pace, upper chest quite tight - lingering cold or just seasonal allergies? Think I'll go clean and lube the bike next...
