Easy walk to the start to pick up today's map, then walking to get a few controls and to see the terrain. Lower back tense and sometimes painful with sudden moves.

When changing after today's race my back seized up and got lower back cramp spasms. Probably a results of putting in hardwood floor in the last week with lots of bending over and down on my knees.

Troll Cup at Mount Tom, Massachusetts.Beautiful runnable terrain but very hilly. Big mistake on #5, not careful with the direction from the attack point.
