Running training, Circuit training with pushups, situps, jumps, burpees, striding,etc. In between each strength activity we run either a short loop of about 100m or a longer 2 laps around the block. Really tough training. I cheated on the numbers of repeats just to manage to stay alive. Tomorrow I will still feel a lot of sore muscles I can't even name...
