Orienteering race 46:36 [5] *** 4.6 km (10:08 / km) +75m 9:22 / km

Middle distance race at lac Beauchamps for the Quebec orienteering championships. I had an ok race but I had a big mistake at control 12 and I hesitated on some controls.

Orienteering race 19:20 [5] **** 2.7 km (7:10 / km) +40m 6:40 / km

Sprint race for Quebec championships at Carleton University. I had a good race with no mistakes but I felt a little slow. It was a good course and a really good map.
