Woke up early when the guys were heading out for their fishing trip. Morning run, on the bike path along US-1. Not the most inspiring place to run.

Mike & I did some yoga on the balcony. We've found a good way of enhancing the stretch in the half moon pose (now my hip is sore).

Easy run with Mike at Maltby Lakes. We're recovering after a pretty wild weekend with Mike's brother Matt visiting from Austria, big friend-get-togethers that lasted till sunrise the next day, both Friday & Saturday. Now they're in Florida and we'll join them Wednesday night!
