orienteering 44:53 [4] 7.4 km (6:04 / km) +35m 5:56 / km

St Andrews urban race (S.O.U.L. 2) quite a good run and felt like i was running ok, bit of a slip up to no. 14, 17 and 18. Also bad route choice to number 1 (though i only realised once i got back!)

Saturday Mar 3, 2012 #

orienteering race (race 1) 18:03 [5] 2.7 km (6:41 / km)

not a good race, just all over the place, i always had a plan but then realised the control was on the other side of the hedge/fence etc and had to go round, so basically took the long way round to a lot of controls. very frustrating =/

orienteering race (race 2) 16:09 [5] 2.8 km (5:46 / km)

this race was a lot better, stayed focus the whole way thourgh and i would say it is the cleanest run i have had in a very long timr. lost seconds if any over the whole course (:

Note

legs sore after weekend/ cross cuntry comp on friday, they were generally just a bit stiff but on sunday night i noticed my knee was slightly sore, nothing too bad but i deicded not to train on mon tues or wed. on Wednesday there was no more pain but a bruise has come up
