Orienteering - Featherbeds. Glorious day to be running in the hills. The course was fun, silly miss at no.3, otherwise good until no.13 where I joined a loose committee which managed to collectively run off the map & elsewhere, 4 or 5 mins gone! Legs were getting very heavy for the last half hour.

Cycled Rostrevor with the TNBs, decided on the Red Trail. The long uphill was actually fine after the first steep road section. Took a diversion to the top of Slieve Martin, and met someone who told us about some great less-official trails, so we followed him down one, a traverse across the last section of last years MMM then a terrific swoop down to Ballyedmond Wood. It was worth the climb back up.
Lunch on Sl Martin then took the Red Trail down. Rather a lot of up-and-down rocky stuff for me, but the last stretch was gorgeous. Most un-October-like weather, sunny & warm.
