IOC Middle Magilligan. Much better prepared, despite the excitement of the JHI relays beforehand. A lot of fast running, but I got to no.9 before I started to fade. Lost maybe 20 secs on a straightforward course.

NIOC Magilligan. Wasn't mentally or physically prepared for this. Missed my start time. Bumbled my way round the first 7 controls missing no. 3 despite the huge track catching feature. The rest went well because the controls were easy to find, but spent 2 or 3 minutes unnecessarily going through a thicket on the last long leg. The lack of running practise became very obvious. But it was still a nice day out.
