Pseudo-cockies long run. But started at 8.30 as there was no way I should do 90mins after 2 days already running in my current state. Up to the Ainslie - HH saddle, then standard run over HH and Majura. Happy to make it to the top of Majura without any breaks!
Tightened up a fair bit, so will see how well I recover. Went for a long afternoon walk to ease things out (and tire out my friends' dog!).
