mountainbiking on carrick mountain checking the map/ suitablility for an mtbo event. map slightly outdated....last surveyed 20 years ago but the tracks are mostly good and cyclable although some have changed. enjoyed it

speed session in dcu with clonliffe. did 2 sets of 3 x 500m and 2 of 3 x 200m...500s were nearly all 94/95 secs and 200s were all about 32/33 secs. tough session and calfs and legs still sore from thursday
