Longest orienteering course I have ever done. Didnt even try to stay with the lead group because I knew I wasnt going to be able to keep the pace up for the race. My orienteering was pretty scrappy and then I was just really tired towards the end. Enjoyed it though

Went to the Lakes for some orienteering training and competitions with Malley, Crickmore and jack. Did some training on Simpsons Ground, didn't really go that well...

Northern Night Champs on Great Tower... Shocking. Just couldnt keep concentrated, kept going way off my bearing too

Easy run with Jack down into Porter, thought I would try and loosen up the knee a bit before the weekend. Was doing just that until I face planted on the path... Training just ain't going well these days!

I think I'm just not meant to train these days... Got hit by a car when i was on the bike and my knee is killing me now :( Hopefully better by the weekend!

Ran down to Woodburn athletics track with malley and jack to witness the pinnacle of modern day athletics, the chunder mile. Definitely the most exciting event to happen on the track.

Back up to Ranmoor from the track
