Orienteering 47:39 [3] 4.2 km (11:21 / km)

Really thick woods today, some flatter areas too. Combined that's easily my worst terrain, so it was good practice.

Still not balanced, and the shin hurts occasionally, mostly depending on the surface, so I tried not to push it.

No mistakes, but high level of vegetation meant slow going and I got overly cautious sometimes.

Orienteering 59:37 [3] 5.1 km (11:41 / km)

Green course was largely similar to the brown, but for the most part instead of rerunning the same route, I picked new ones out of curiosity.

The added distance was mostly through really thick vegetation, so speed got cut.

Checkpoint 6 ended up being out of place, which costed me a few seconds.

Tried a different route out to the second-to-last control which was similar to brown's, but it ended up being a lot thicker than I though it would and I ended up having to zig zag a bit to get back to the original route.

5 minutes of stretches after courses, targeted calves and front of my thighs mostly.

Indoor on an airdyne after core. Pedometers broken, so I dont have a distance.

Crosstraining 21:00 [3]

4 rounds of:

12 pushups
10 a side Twisting dumbbell snatch
10 a side leg extensions/
5 Rollouts, some practice for standing rollouts
10/20 single leg squats, depending on side
20 russian twists with a medicine ball

Finish with 30 medicine ball slams
5 PM

Running 30:01 [3] 6.17 km (4:52 / km) +13m 4:49 / km

Easy run off roads, mostly grass and trails

Running 20:02 [3] 4.49 km (4:28 / km) +55m 4:12 / km

Finals week has ended, maybe I'll finally get a full nights sleep. Barely had time to eat this week.

Shorter run, felt really tired, possibly due to the stress?

Kicking up training again once I move back home.
