ride on the singlespeed, up north head and to torpedo bay for a swim. Was going to do a couple of laps of north head, but had a good little crash after one, when my slick tires didn't hook up too well on the grass haha. so was slightly saw and demorilised after that so just went straight for a swim.
Plenty of physical labour at work today anyhow...

decent length road ride, out to long bay, via the green route, east coast rd, and up above long bay, then back along beach rd. Got a flat near the end after hauraki corner, and then realised dads pump was stuffed so rode home slowly for the last 15 min trying to not hurt my back rim. Was quite hard work out there in the heat, could of done with more water. Felt ok though, and the ankle was sweet with it.

nice little sup from joshes to banana bay and back and just playing around a bit. Got to say, Cheltenham was pretty damn stunning today!
