Note

Finally conceded that Daylight Saving is over by changing the last clock in the house. Now for the watches!

Fruitless attempt to purchase today's paper, but enjoyed the walk anyway in the lovely warm sunshine.

Ran without a watch today as it was raining and wasn't going to chance taking splits. Easter Saturday run = so few people. No crowded start, prams way down on numbers, as were dogs.
Decided I try warming up to see if that changed my horrible first 300m feeling - nup. But made it to Eliz St so back on track there and I think it wasn't too bad a time. But from then on I couldn't motivate myself to push and the watch didn't chide me either so it was a free for all.
Left calf decided to let me know it wasn't happy, but just a niggle. Lovely temp and the drizzle was fine - just glad no wind.

Joined the dots today and realised my fav instructor no longer takes this class. So it makes Mondays + Fridays now all the more important. Still a very tough workout resulting in more blood loss (miniscule, but indicative of effort). Workout is fairly rigid and sticks to the book of pain and repetition but that's what you pay for I guess.
