Glute problem in evidence today after yesterday's Park run. Interestingly it is better in general and a lot worse in particular. Taking its time to improve.

Always seem to struggle in this class, as compared with other 2 Body Pump classes I do - strange. Maybe I'm not awake?

Really enjoyed this event - great course. No real problems with navigation (unlike some people) just a poor route choice to #18. The long legs were good but the uphill legs seemed a bit long - my hip has really flared up On the good side - knee is fine.

Last class from Liv before she has her bub - and she didn't slacken up one bit. Used step throughout plus 2 runs and weights. Pretty full on. The last section was 37 pushups (having already done 100) - one for each week she is - how can she still be doing what she does with only 3 weeks to go? She'll be back in about 8 weeks - that will be interesting. Bit drizzly but cool.

Note: finally reviewed Wednesday's half- hearted run. Would still do basically the same route but add on 2B +1G and wouldn't have been back late.
