gym class (Body Sculpt) 1:00:00 [5]

Was a killer - tough, tough class. Struggled to get there but shamed myself into going. Survived without any wimping and pushed to the very last (well I only did 85 seconds of the 90 hover). Still can't do a whole set of pushups on my toes - foot still scared.

walking 1:00:00 [1]

Slow walk around Tea Gardens PS field checking school map. A great little school with lots of fun parts. Pity it's so far away. Logged as it served to walk out some residual tightness from yesterday's run. Glute now dully-tight

gym class (Body Pump) 1:10:00 [3]

Some really tough tracks today - think I'm sleep deprived so that's not helping. Chest track really tough and had the biggest struggle with legs in a long time. But I feel I'm making progress, especially after a compliment from junior last night (I'd already fed him so he had nothing to gain).
Failed at stretching last night - junior's fault - so this afternoon will be a must.

street run (SSS - Plattsburg) 43:14 [5] 5.5 km (7:52 / km)
ahr:128 max:149 rhr:62 shoes: adidas

Tricky decision to make, especially when a convenient track had become OOBs. But the lure of the points in the NW corner proved to be too much to overcome. Cleared that out first then headed southish then across picking up measly 1 pointers but still something. Seemed to be set with grades in mind - clumps of points then nothing for ages. Why anyone would go right to the bottom of the map is beyond me, but some did. junior came and did really well - pleased for him.
S-2F-2E-2A-2B-1A-1B-3A-1C-1E-1F-1D-2C-2D-1G-1R-1P-1M-1L-F. Perhaps could have got 1N but spent some time looking for 1M (wrong #) so worried about time.
Some constriction in hip/glute but not bad all the time.Equal with rockman apparently, but >50%macey and >66% MessEng so job done.
Only 2 events to go - :-(

gym class (Shape and Tone) 50:00 [4]

Feeling rather dusty this morning and during the early cardio sections I felt rubbish. Was thinking I was feeling the effects of yesterday's class still but even at the end when i normally pick up a bit was still below par. Perhaps the 90 burpees yesterday had something to do with it? So when we had burpees today body said "No - enough!" so I did squat jumps instead. Think I'll start to increase the weights in this class in future - now I know I can trust Bec not to require us to do 50 reps in one go (like a previous instructor did).

gym class (Step Up) 1:00:00 [4]
ahr:104 max:118 rhr:56

Aaarrhhh my whole body now hurts. This was a really savage class and I don't think I've actually recovered from yesterday's Cross Trainer and it's all compounding now. Due to the presence of 3 instructors from other gyms the pace was up, the choreo was up and so were we. Very tough mentally and physically, being both technical and non-stop. I'll have to do a lot of stretching tonight in front of tv - lucky it's a late night.

Disappointed that this will be the last such session on a Monday for another 8 weeks as sculpture classes begin again next week. Good news is that it will be about 5 weeks and I can go to the Wednesday Cross Trainer class because as by then the Park season for me will effectively be over as setting for the Final.

gym class (Cross Trainer) 1:00:00 [5]

Just the best ever class - felt great at the start and continued to push all the way to the end. circuits, then ladder circuits, legs, more circuits, cardio then upper body strength, cardio then collapse.
