Feeling rather dusty this morning and during the early cardio sections I felt rubbish. Was thinking I was feeling the effects of yesterday's class still but even at the end when i normally pick up a bit was still below par. Perhaps the 90 burpees yesterday had something to do with it? So when we had burpees today body said "No - enough!" so I did squat jumps instead. Think I'll start to increase the weights in this class in future - now I know I can trust Bec not to require us to do 50 reps in one go (like a previous instructor did).

Aaarrhhh my whole body now hurts. This was a really savage class and I don't think I've actually recovered from yesterday's Cross Trainer and it's all compounding now. Due to the presence of 3 instructors from other gyms the pace was up, the choreo was up and so were we. Very tough mentally and physically, being both technical and non-stop. I'll have to do a lot of stretching tonight in front of tv - lucky it's a late night.
